The IUB Open Access policy was adopted by the Bloomington Faculty Council on February 21, 2017. The Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty and Academic Affairs in collaboration with the Office of the Vice President for Research, in consultation with Bloomington Faculty Council governance, is responsible for interpreting this policy, resolving disputes concerning its interpretation and application, and occasionally recommending changes to the faculty.
